The P.R.L.A. is in its 22nd year of the Annual Latin American Festival. Children and families throughout the Reading & Berks County Communities will enjoy a full weekend of fun filled activities in a safe and positive environment.

This year's theme is "Celebrando la Mujer Latina - Celebrating the Latin Woman"

The event will take place at Second and Spruce Streets, Reading, PA, September 4 thru September 7, 2008. It will host numerous activities with Live Entertainment, Performing Arts at all levels, Ethnic Foods, Music, Dance, Vendors, Community Resource Information Booths, as well as the 5th Annual Roberto Clemente Tournament which will take place Saturday and Sunday.

Our Festival is the biggest annual cultural event in Berks County and it is greatly supported by the community. Last year we had over 18,000 people during the 4 days festival.
